  Project Manager

Mark's career was launched in 1992 in high school when he worked part-time at a residential and light commercial construction company, later working full-time for the company after graduation. His skill and attention to details resulted in being promoted to job foreman at the age of 19 years, overseeing a crew of four men and numerous projects. In 1996, he and a partner started a framing business focused on residential projects where he put his carpentry skills to use, which caught the attention of Kenneth Tucker, who hired Mark as a field laborer, and then promoted him to foreman and then supervisor. Mark continued his role as supervisor for Denver Construction Company, where he now serves as project manager overseeing commercial projects.

With over 20 years experience, Mark has managed the construction or renovation for a variety of projects including automotive, racing, school, government, institutional, office, medical and storage facilities. Mark brings additional expertise and capability in mold remediation as a Certified Mold Remediator and Inspector for both commercial and residential properties.  Additionally, he maintains an RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) certification through North Carolina to renovate certain types of structures that may contain lead.
