Tracy began his career over three decades ago working for his father's commercial masonry business and then continuing work in residential and commercial construction while obtaining his architectural degree. After obtaining his degree, he was hired as a supervisor-in-training at a regional commercial general contractor, advancing to project manager and then senior estimator. His combination of design, construction management and field expertise enabled him to successfully oversee projects ranging from $100,000 to $4 million in scope.

Joining DCC in 2002, Tracy quickly established his capability and dedication to the company and the craft of building, resulting in being promoted with a 25% ownership. As Vice President, his role encompasses overseeing the firm's prefabrication and conventional commercial project work. Tracy is a Certified Mold Remediator and Inspector with a degree in Architectural Technology from Catawba Valley Community College. His career has resulted in extensive experience in all aspects of new construction and renovation for churches, banks, schools, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical centers and offices, as well as retail strip centers.
